This option provides a unique interim-staffing solution, where both the employer and employee get a chance to test the working dynamics before committing to a fixed professional relationship. The selected and assigned consultant under this option works as a temporary employee for pre-negotiated time at a pre-determined hourly rate. The consultant under this option works as a Sunray employee for our client partner on a time and materials basis for a minimum, pre-determined duration. At that time, the client can extend the consultant as Sunray contract employee for further evaluation or can convert the consultant to a full-time employee.

At any time during the contract period, the client has the prerogative to request that the contractor be replaced with a more suitable candidate should they determine that the original consultant is not meeting expectations.
